Detailed explanation of the thermal transfer process

This product is an imported coating. It can provide the ink adhesion coating required for thermal transfer for various ceramics, metals, stones, bamboo and wood materials, and imitation porcelain.
The method of use can be hand brushing, spraying, electrostatic, roller coating, high-pressure airless spraying or pouring, etc., and can be applied one or two times to make the coating thickness reach 30-70UM. Drain the coating on the surface of the workpiece (no longer flowing), put it in an oven that has been heated to 200 degrees for 10-15 minutes or 130 degrees for about 30 minutes.
Theoretically, 1 liter of coating can be sprayed on 8-10 square meters of workpieces, or about 300 mugs.
Scope of use: Flat materials such as wood, metal, stone, etc., which can withstand high temperatures of 200 degrees and more than 10 minutes can be used.
Production process 1. Before use, make sure the surface of the workpiece is clean, oil-free, water-free, dust-free, and scratch-free. If necessary, wipe the surface of the workpiece with a degreaser before coating.
2. Turn on the oven or drying oven while wiping the workpiece to heat it up.
3. Soak the clean workpiece in a container with the coating. After the surface is evenly coated, take it out and put it on a rack to dry. When the coating stops flowing, put it in an oven heated to 200 degrees for 15 minutes. It can be used after baking.
4. When baking metal plates, be sure to dry it first and then bake it, otherwise it will bubble.
Points to note
1. Spraying room: The area does not need to be too large, 2-3 square meters will do. Hand brush: Generally, a soft wool brush will do. Spraying: Spray gun for spraying paint + compressor with a pressure of 2.5MPA (KG). The compressor can be a decoration compressor, with a general power of 1-1.5P, 1P=700W.
2. This coating does not require any other chemical agents. Before use, first shake it a few times, then pour it into the spray gun. Generally, the finer the spray gun is adjusted, the better, so that the particles sprayed out are small and the spraying will be more uniform.
3. Plastic barrels/aluminum or stainless steel barrels are generally used as containers for coating. The diameter must be larger than that of a cup.
4. The coating on the "cup" is mainly done by immersion. After it is completely soaked, it can be taken out immediately. After a few seconds of drying, the excess coating on the bottom can be dried with a paper towel, and then placed on a clean platform in a dust-free space to dry naturally for 2 hours (under ventilation).
5. "Sports aluminum cans" are generally electrostatically sprayed. Electrostatic spraying requires the establishment of a production line. The tool used is a copper plate that has been connected to static electricity. Put the aluminum can on it and spray it with a spray gun.
6. "Metal" is generally roller-coated. A production line needs to be established. The metal surface is coated with a sponge-like object.

7. Roller-coated high-pressure airless spraying is to first absorb the coating onto the surface of the roller, and then roll it on the object to be coated.
