When operating the thermal transfer machine, the printing staff should pay special attention to personal safety. The machine must be grounded before use, and the power connection must follow safety rules. If you want to check or clean the machine, you must unplug the power plug first to avoid being electrocuted.

3. Removal of accumulated water
Before going to work, the printing staff should remove the accumulated water in the air filter valve. The advantage of doing so is to avoid water damage to the solenoid valve. If the solenoid valve is exposed to water, it is easy to cause leakage and reduce the life of the cylinder.

4 Inspection of machine switches
Before thermal transfer processing, the emergency stop switch and foot switch should be tested. Checking these two switches before printing can effectively improve production efficiency and improve the safety factor.
The emergency stop switch is used in case of emergency during operation. Just press it lightly to stop the machine quickly to avoid danger; and the foot switch is the key to thermal transfer processing. Just step on it and the machine will complete the hot stamping work.

5 Power off
After closing the temperature switch, do not rush to turn off the power. First observe whether the rubber roller is still rotating. If the rubber roller does not rotate, you can unplug the power plug.
During thermal transfer processing, operators should avoid touching the hot head parts. If the rubber roller needs to be replaced, the main input power must be turned off and the rubber roller must be completely cooled, otherwise it is easy to get burned.
