1-Application of
thermal transfer
Thermal transfer technology appeared in China in the mid-nineteenth century and was first used in the clothing and textile industry and the single shoe industry. With the rapid development of the economy, it has been constantly improving itself and has derived various types of thermal transfer technologies.
Its application range has also begun to become wider, no longer limited to textile materials, and now covers a variety of material fields, such as: plastics, technology, glass, leather, etc.
2-A brief introduction to thermal transfer
Everyone is familiar with silk screen printing and screen printing, but is relatively unfamiliar with thermal transfer. Thermal transfer is the use of a specific machine to transfer the pattern on the flower film to the surface of different material media after pressurized heating (180 degrees Celsius-240 degrees Celsius).

3-Steps in making
thermal transfer film
(1). The customer provides a sample, and we will typeset and make a plate for it;
(2). Select a suitable base film and apply coating and slitting;
(3). Print customized patterns on the machine after adjusting the color;
(4). Apply glue and dry quickly;
(5). Carefully check the
flower film to ensure the printing quality;
(6). Slit according to the corresponding specifications;
(7). Register the specifications and pack;
(8). Ship to the customer.
4. Thermal transfer processing steps
(1). Place the substrate on the fixture so that it fits the fixture completely;
(2). The thermal transfer film will come into contact with the substrate under the thrust of the conveying guide roller;
(3). With the heat and pressure of the rubber roller, the release layer is peeled off and the glue layer is melted and transferred to the surface of the substrate;
(4). As the substrate continues to move forward, the flower film is also continuously fed so that the entire substrate is printed.
