Why does thermal transfer film need to be packaged?
1-Why does thermal transfer film need to be packaged?
The completion of a batch of
thermal transfer films requires multiple operation links, such as ink application, glue coating, inspection, packaging, slitting, etc. Before the thermal transfer printed film is shipped out, an essential link is packaging, so why do we need thermal transfer packaging?

A. Understand the
flower film information
When packaging the thermal transfer film, it is necessary to affix a label with the product attributes to the thermal transfer film in advance, so that customers can clearly understand the specifications and applicable materials of the flower film.
B. Isolate dust
When packaging the
thermal transfer film, the flower film is generally packed in an independent film bag, which can isolate the contact of small particles such as dust; as we all know, if the flower film touches the dust, it will break after printing, affecting the quality of the flower film.
C. Convenient operation
When packaging the thermal transfer film, it needs to be packed in cartons. The cartons can ensure the safety of the flower film during transportation, and can quickly carry out loading and unloading, inventory, stacking, delivery, receipt, transshipment, sales and other operations.
D. Protected from attack
Packaging can protect the thermal transfer film from natural factors such as sun, rain, dust, etc. It can prevent losses such as volatilization, leakage, melting, contamination, collision, extrusion, loss and theft.
2-How to package the thermal transfer film?
1. Marking information
Before packaging, each batch of flower film products must confirm that the flower film has been produced according to the requirements (size specifications, slitting direction, paper core size), and the production date and other records of the product must be marked in each roll of thermal transfer paper core. If the inspection is qualified, the qualified seal and other marks will be stamped in the paper core.
2. Internal and external packaging
When packaging, each roll of
thermal transfer film must be packaged in an independent film bag, and a moisture-absorbing bead bag must be placed on the thermal transfer film paper core to ensure that the product is damp and affects the printing quality.
The packaging method should be determined according to the product specifications, quantity, storage conditions and transportation routes. Generally, sturdy cartons are used to pack the products to avoid the situation where the packaging is too heavy to be carried or too loose to be transported over long distances. Some thermal transfer films that fail the inspection should be stored in the waste area and marked for subsequent processing.
