First, layout the U disk thermal transfer pattern submitted by the customer.

Professional typesetting technicians use PS, AI, CDR and other editing software for detailed layout.

After careful editing and processing by the typesetting technicians, print out the standard IS paper sample and send it to the customer for confirmation; after confirmation, it is delivered to the platemaking company to make thermal transfer electric engraving plates.

The thermal transfer film is composed of four hierarchical structures: base layer, release layer, printing layer, and adhesive layer.
The U disk thermal transfer film must go through the following 6 main processes: ① base film coating process; ② base film release process; ③ pattern printing process; ④ adhesive glue coating process; ⑤ re-inspection and striping; ⑥ packaging process, before the U disk thermal transfer film is printed.

After the U disk thermal transfer film is printed, the thermal transfer manufacturer will thermally transfer a number of U disks and send them to the customer for confirmation; after the customer confirms the effect, the thermal transfer processing manufacturer will start batch processing (if the number of U disk thermal transfer processing is small, the U disk can be directly processed in batches according to the situation). <
