Use image design editing and processing software (Photoshop, Ai, CorelDRAW, etc.) to make layered vector graphics files, and then computer typeset the image according to the specific position, proportion and size of the product transfer pattern, and hand it over to the platemaking company to make an electric engraving plate, and then print the image on the pet film through a gravure printing machine.
2. Traditional thermal transfer processing technology
The pattern on the thermal transfer film is transferred to the product performance through a one-time printing (heating and pressurizing) of the thermal transfer machine, and the thermal transfer ink is melted into the product surface after molding.
