2 Traditional thermal transfer cup technology

The first step is to design and produce high-resolution printed artwork according to the appearance size of the cup;
The second step is to separate the colors and layers according to the size of the artwork, and produce a dot-type gravure electric engraving plate;
The third step is to print the exquisite patterns on the gravure plate on the coated PET polyester film through a gravure printing machine, that is, to print it into a thermal transfer printing film, which can print thousands of meters of finished patterns in one hour;
The fourth step is to transfer the exquisite patterns on the thermal transfer printing film to the corresponding cup through a thermal transfer machine. The operation process is simple, the pattern is formed at one time, and no color matching is required.
In this way, cups with realistic patterns, rich layers, bright colors, and durable wear are "born".
3 Traditional cup thermal transfer technology and digital cup thermal transfer technology
Compared with personalized thermal transfer baking cup technology, this type of thermal transfer cup technology is more suitable for the production of high-demand, large-scale thermal transfer cups. Personalized thermal transfer baking cups are only suitable for the production of a very small number of personalized crafts and cannot form a large-scale production;
