1 What is thermal transfer rubber roller
Thermal transfer rubber roller is a consumable product used for special printing, with a temperature resistance of 250-300℃ and a Shore hardness of 60-90 degrees. It is divided into white and red.

A supporting consumable for thermal transfer machines and hot stamping machines, used for hot stamping, hot silvering and thermal transfer processes of plastic shells of various household appliances, audio, radio products, instruments and meters.

3 Manual for regular use of thermal transfer rubber roller
1. Before using the thermal transfer rubber roller, check whether the temperature of the oven is normal and whether the motor is rotating. If it does not move, stop using it;
2. Do not use sandpaper to polish the thermal transfer rubber roller;
3. Non-professionals cannot use blades to cut or repair the thermal transfer rubber roller;
4. Use a suitable thermal transfer rubber roller according to the size of the printed pattern of the thermal transfer rubber roller;
5. During the printing process, the angle between the thermal transfer rubber roller and the workpiece should be kept at a minimum of 0.5cm;
6. The pressure of the thermal transfer rubber roller shall not be higher than 2/3 of the standard pressure of the rubber roller;
7. Do not use sharp metal objects to contact the silicone wheel;
8. The thermal transfer rubber roller should be removed for maintenance after one week of normal use;
9. If the thermal transfer rubber roller is found to have cracks during use, it should be replaced with a new thermal transfer rubber roller in time;
10. When stopping work, ensure that the thermal transfer rubber roller is in a rotating state within ten minutes to allow the rubber roller to fully dissipate heat;
11. When installing the thermal transfer rubber roller, avoid contact with the spring to avoid the thermal transfer rubber roller bursting;
12. The thermal transfer rubber roller that has just been removed and heated should be avoided from wind and water;
