Thermal transfer printing film production process

The thermal transfer process, after the gravure printing plate is completed, enters the thermal transfer printing film production stage. The production of thermal transfer printing film can be simply divided into 6 processes:

1. Blank film coating process:
According to the process of thermal transfer printing film, the corresponding release agent and protective layer are coated. After ensuring that the release agent and protective layer are dried, the blank film is cut according to the specifications of the thermal transfer printing film to be printed;

2. Flower film pattern printing process:
According to the established process of thermal transfer printing film, the gravure printing plate is installed on the gravure printing machine. After calibrating the overprint, the corresponding release film is installed on the gravure printing machine, and the printing of thermal transfer printing film is started, and the printing process is prevented. All kinds of printing problems, ensure that the ink layer is dry;

3. Adhesive glue coating process:
After the thermal transfer printing film is printed, it will go to the adhesive glue coating process. According to the established process of the thermal transfer printing film, the printed thermal transfer printing film will be coated with the corresponding adhesive glue, and the glue will be ensured to be dried;

4. Re-inspection process of thermal transfer printing film:
After completing the adhesive glue coating process, the re-inspection process of thermal transfer printing film will be entered. The re-inspector will re-inspect the thermal transfer printing film according to the established process and inspection requirements of the thermal transfer printing film, detect defective printing products, and ensure that the quality of the thermal transfer printing film is effectively controlled;

5. Slitting process of thermal transfer printing film:
After the re-inspection is completed, the thermal transfer printing film will be subjected to the slitting process. According to the established process requirements of the thermal transfer printing film, after determining the transfer direction, the thermal transfer printing film is divided into strips;

6. Packaging process of thermal transfer printing film:

According to the packaging requirements of the thermal transfer printing film, after marking the relevant process, specifications, etc. of the thermal transfer printing film, the thermal transfer printing film is protected and packed. At this point, the production process of the thermal transfer printing film is completed!
