Curved surface thermal transfer technology
Curved surface thermal transfer technology
1. Application of curved surface thermal transfer technology
Curved surface thermal transfer technology is very common in the application of traditional thermal transfer technology.
Products that need thermal transfer processing have a curved appearance, such as: water cups, lampshades, beach buckets, lipsticks. . . . . . .
All use curved surface
thermal transfer technology.

2. Principle of curved surface thermal transfer technology
The principle of curved surface thermal transfer technology mainly has two aspects:
1. Production of curved surface thermal transfer film
According to the area of the workpiece curved surface (cylindrical, conical), the thermal transfer pattern is accurately designed, and the curved surface thermal transfer film is printed on the plate.
2. Curved surface thermal transfer processing
First, tailor the mold for the product, and use the thermal transfer machine to stamp the curved surface thermal transfer film onto the surface of the product.
3. Extension of curved surface thermal transfer technology
Depending on the shape of the product, the curved surface thermal transfer technology is further divided into:
1) Cylindrical thermal transfer technology
After the product hot stamping surface is unfolded, it is a regular quadrilateral plane or a long side plane.
2) Conical thermal transfer technology
After the product hot stamping surface is unfolded, it is a regular fan-shaped surface.
When performing curved surface thermal transfer processing, the patterns of the cylinder and the cone are connected end to end. Experienced technicians are required to debug and calibrate the substrate and the thermal transfer machine first to ensure that the patterns at the beginning and end are naturally transitioned at the overlap before batch transfer processing can be carried out.
