How to get the best results in the production process?

1. All substrate surfaces must be polished and smooth, free of dust, pinholes, etc.

2. The rubber roller should be centered on the substrate as much as possible

3. The rubber roller should be cleaned before heating. Do not use hard, sharp objects to clean the rubber roller.

4. The stamping speed, stamping pressure, and stamping temperature are properly adjusted.

5. During the stamping process, the foil should be located in the center of the substrate to avoid incomplete stamping.

Setting of hot stamping temperature and pressure

1. The hot stamping temperature range is generally considered to be 140 to 180 degrees Celsius. Once the optimal temperature is set,

it should be kept constant and the temperature difference should be kept within +2℃.

2. The hot stamping pressure is generally set to 0.6-0.8Mpa.
