1 Thermal transfer of metal sheets
In recent years, metal sheets have been widely used on roofs such as factories and warehouses. They have unique advantages such as light weight, large span, integrated structure and waterproofing, and simple and fast construction.

In order to meet the decorative effect of rich surface patterns of some metal sheets, metal thermal transfer technology is widely used.

2 Thermal transfer process of metal sheets
First, let's understand the characteristics of thermal transfer.

Characteristics of thermal transfer process-thermal transfer film printing and thermal transfer processing are carried out according to the material of the substrate.

To achieve thermal transfer of metal sheets, two stages of thermal transfer film printing and transfer processing of corresponding materials are required.

1. Production process of thermal transfer film for metal sheets:

1) Base film coating process: Cut the blank film according to the specifications of the pattern to be printed;

2) Base film release process: Apply "release agent" to the cut thermal transfer base film.

3) Pattern printing process: After the gravure plate is installed on the gravure printing machine for calibration and overprinting, the release film is installed on the gravure printing machine to start printing the metal thermal transfer film;

4) Adhesive glue coating process: After the metal sheet thermal transfer film is printed, the printed thermal transfer film is coated with hot melt glue and the glue is dried;

After re-inspection, striping and packaging, the metal sheet thermal transfer film is printed.

2. Metal sheet thermal transfer processing

The thermal transfer process is to transfer the pattern to the product surface through the thermal transfer machine [heating and pressurizing] to achieve the purpose of thermal transfer ink and product surface melting into one.

Metal materials have a very high melting point. The melting point temperature of common metal composite sheets is more than 500 degrees. The normal working temperature of the thermal transfer machine is below 300 degrees, which will not damage the surface of the metal sheet.

After continuous research and development tests, "metal thermal transfer glue" was born.

It is precisely because of the continuous improvement of metal thermal transfer glue that metal sheet thermal transfer can be realized. At present, it can directly form a good adhesion ability on the surface of the metal sheet, and no longer needs to rely on the surface paint of the sheet, which lays a solid foundation for the widespread application of metal thermal transfer technology.
