Three factors for quality inspection of hot stamping foil during application:

1. Keep the production environment clean, the surface of the guide roller and hot stamping rubber wheel intact, free of dust and debris.

2. Check the hot stamping firmness between the stamping layer and the substrate (profile) during production; perform adhesion test until the tape cannot tear off the ink layer.

3. Check the adhesion between the ink layer and the UV layer; perform adhesion test until the tape cannot tear off the UV layer.
