The thermos cup is rich in color and the appearance pattern is realistic, which is the application of thermal transfer technology. The realization of this process requires the following two steps: thermal transfer film printing and thermal transfer processing of thermos cups.

1. Thermal transfer film printing for thermos cups

The first step is to design and produce high-resolution thermal transfer printing artwork for thermos cups according to the appearance and size of the thermos cups;

The second step is to separate the colors and layers according to the size of the thermal transfer artwork for thermos cups, and produce dot-type gravure electric engraving plates;

The third step is to print the pattern on the gravure plate onto the coated PET polyester film through a gravure printing machine, that is, to print it into a thermal transfer printed film.

2. Thermal transfer processing for thermos cups
