3. Classification of PET thermal transfer film printing process

PET thermal transfer film printing can be divided into the following according to its effect:

1. Ordinary PET thermal transfer film printing

Ordinary PET thermal transfer film printing, that is, PET thermal transfer film printing process without any special effect, is a printing process that simply reproduces the pattern.

2. Aluminum-plated PET thermal transfer film printing

Aluminum-plated PET thermal transfer film printing is actually based on ordinary PET thermal transfer film, with aluminum plating process, which not only maintains the high performance of general thermal transfer film, but also gives the PET thermal transfer film a metallic luster.

3. Laser PET thermal transfer film printing

Laser PET thermal transfer film printing goes a step further on the aluminum-plated PET thermal transfer film, adding laser effect to make the product surface pattern more dazzling.

It can be understood that the higher the effect of the product, the more difficult it is to print the pet thermal transfer film. The order is:

Laser pet thermal transfer film > Aluminum-coated pet thermal transfer film > Ordinary pet thermal transfer film

Therefore, the price of pet thermal transfer film also follows this order.
