However, some special colors such as gold, bank and fluorescent colors cannot be composed of four-color ink overprinting, and must be processed by editing software for spot color layout.
Only after processing by professional layout designers can the real printing area and color block distribution of the bucket thermal transfer be accurately calculated, so as to design accurate thermal transfer patterns, avoid problems such as improper pattern size and inaccurate color distribution due to incomplete calculation, thereby affecting the appearance of the bucket.
2. Selection of heat transfer machine models for buckets
How to heat transfer buckets, choosing the right heat transfer machine model is the primary issue.
The maximum hot stamping diameter of a general heat transfer machine for buckets is between 400-450mm. For buckets exceeding this hot stamping diameter, a special machine needs to be customized according to the actual size of the bucket.
The larger the diameter of the heat transfer of the bucket, the higher the difficulty of hot stamping. Therefore, when customizing the machine model, it is best to choose an experienced heat transfer machine manufacturer to ensure the quality of the heat transfer of the bucket.
