2 The meaning of stationery

Stationery thermal transfer film is to pre-print the pattern on the surface of the film. 4 Composition of stationery thermal transfer film
Flat thermal transfer film is generally composed of 4 layers, namely base layer, release layer, printing layer, and adhesive layer.
Base layer: the carrier of release layer, printing layer, and adhesive layer - thermal transfer base film.
Release layer: a coating of release agent, which remains solid at room temperature and can be melted at a certain temperature. The bonding force with the base layer becomes smaller and can be quickly separated from the base film without adhesion residue.
Printing layer: This layer is the root of the beauty of the pattern of thermal transfer products. The key lies in the selection and matching of thermal transfer ink.
Adhesive layer: Its actual composition is a kind of hot melt adhesive. According to different substrates, choose the corresponding thermal transfer glue.
5 Production process of stationery thermal transfer film
The production process of stationery thermal transfer film is the same as that of general thermal transfer film, and it also needs to go through the following 6 processes.
1. First, apply a blank base film according to the process of the thermal transfer printed film to be made (release agent application process).
2. Print the floral film pattern (printing process).
3. Apply the corresponding glue to the printed thermal transfer film (glue application process);
4. Re-inspect the thermal transfer film coated with glue (re-inspection process) to ensure quality;
5. Slit the re-inspected thermal transfer film into strips (stripping process);
6. Package the stripped thermal transfer film (packaging process).
