2 How to print clear thermal transfer patterns?

Some customers choose to do thermal transfer processing by themselves. At the beginning of processing, they always encounter many problems. Among them, blurred transfer patterns are the most common situation encountered by customers.

3 Transfer pressure is too small
If you want to print the flower film firmly on the surface of the product, the transfer pressure is the key factor. During the processing, if the machine pressure is too small, the pattern cannot be transferred to the product. Even if it is transferred, the adhesion is relatively poor, resulting in blurred product patterns, and it is easy to fall off in later use.

The material of each product is different, and the appropriate transfer pressure value may be different. All transfer pressures should be adjusted according to product properties.

4 Hot stamping temperature is too low
The thermal transfer film is hot stamped under the combined action of high temperature and high pressure of the thermal transfer machine. If the transfer pressure is checked correctly, the hot stamping temperature should be taken into consideration.

The operator must strictly control the temperature. Problems will arise if the temperature is too high or too low. Too high a temperature will burn the flower film; too low a temperature will cause the flower film to fail to be hot stamped, and the pattern will become blurred. Only the appropriate temperature can print the flower film firmly on the product surface.

If you want to print plastic products, and adjust according to the material of the product, the hot stamping temperature of most plastic products is above 200℃, while the hot stamping temperature of glass and metal products is higher, most of which are around 250℃.
