What are the temperature environment requirements for thermal transfer printing? Different materials require different transfer temperatures. For plastics, the transfer temperature required for hard plastics (ABS, benzene, acrylic, etc.) is about 20°C lower than for soft plastics (PP, PE, etc.) . (The thermometer detects silicon and rollers, and the surface of the rubber plate is about 90℃-120℃), while the temperature required for PVC is lower (about 60℃-80℃). Thermal transfer printing processing first requires a dust-free or less dusty environment at the production site to avoid dust spots falling on the substrate or transfer film surface, or defects on the pattern. The surface of the substrate must be free of oil stains, moisture, dust, and workers Wear pure cotton gloves to take out the substrate during operation to keep it clean. Keep the air source of the transfer material dry. The water filter should be drained every day to ensure smooth air path and normal cylinder operation.
