2 Wood thermal transfer process
The thermal transfer process is to print the wood thermal transfer film and process the wood thermal transfer according to the substrate material.
Wood thermal transfer generally requires the following two stages.
1. Wood thermal transfer film printing
1) First, apply a blank base film according to the thermal transfer film process (release agent application process);
2) Print the flower film pattern (printing process);
3) Apply the corresponding glue to the printed thermal transfer film (glue application process);
After re-inspection, striping, and finally packaging, the production of wood thermal transfer film is completed.
According to the characteristics of wood products, there are some differences between wood thermal transfer and thermal transfer of other materials.
2. Wood thermal transfer pattern
In addition to various wood grains, the thermal transfer film patterns of wood thermal transfer are more bright and colorful natural patterns or cartoon-like decorative patterns. Most of the patterns require saturated colors and realistic images.

5. Wood thermal transfer pre-printing treatment
According to the characteristics of thermal transfer technology, the wood surface must be "sprayed" first to make its surface smooth before thermal transfer processing of wooden products can be performed.
