Types of self-standing zipper bags
Ziplock bags refer to self-standing zipper bags that do not use any
tools. There are ziplock ziplock bags, self-adhesive ziplock bags, etc.
Ziplock bags (also known as ziplock bags, consisting of arbitrary bags,
sealed bags, zipper bags, bone bags, English: zipper bags, foldable bags,
zipper seal bags, resealable bags), a plastic bag that can The bag is resealed
by blow molding polyethylene (LDPE) and high-pressure linear polyethylene
(LLDPE) and pressing it through a heat press. Commonly used materials include
PE, EVA, PET, composite bags, etc.
There are many types of self-adhesive sealing bags that use a single
piece of film to be folded crosswise, heat-sealed on both sides, and then glued
to one side of the bag. Commonly used materials include OPP self-adhesive, express bags (multi-layer co-extruded film), PP, PVC, etc.
Commonly used production materials for self-standing zipper bags include
PE polyethylene, PP polypropylene, PS polystyrene, etc. Different materials
have different characteristics and should be selected according to the
characteristics of the food itself.
Polyethylene: Mainly composed of polyethylene resin, with a small amount
of lubricant, aging agent and other additives added. Polyethylene is an
odorless, non-toxic, milky white waxy solid. The surface gloss and transparency
of the produced packaging bags are not high, but the plasticity is good.

Good barrier properties: It can effectively prevent water and moisture from
infiltrating, but its barrier properties against air are not very good.

Strong chemical stability: It does not react with acid and alkali at room
temperature, but has poor oil resistance.

Self-standing zipper bag PP polypropylene: The main component is
polypropylene resin, which has high gloss and transparency. The heat sealing
performance is worse than PE, but better than other plastic materials.
