Thermal transfer consumables
Thermal transfer consumables
1 Classification of
thermal transfer consumables
In the entire thermal transfer process, there are actually only two types of thermal transfer consumables. One is the thermal transfer printing film, which is the thermal transfer consumable with the largest consumption in the entire thermal transfer process; the other thermal transfer consumable is the silicone roller on the thermal transfer machine.
Thermal transfer printing film is the thermal transfer consumable with the largest consumption in the thermal transfer process. This is easy to understand, because the corresponding amount of thermal transfer printing film will be consumed according to the number of substrates to be transferred; in addition to the flower film directly used on the substrate, the support mold for calibrating the substrate will also consume thermal transfer printing film during the thermal transfer process. Therefore, in the entire thermal transfer process, the consumption of flower film is the largest.
2 Thermal transfer consumables-silicone roller
Thermal transfer consumables silicone roller
Then why is the silicone roller the second thermal transfer consumable in the thermal transfer process?
This is because, during the thermal transfer process, the silicone roller is always in a high temperature state from the front heating to the back heating and to the constant temperature during the transfer process, which is a threat to the life of the silicone roller itself. During the hot stamping process, the unevenness of the substrate is also a damage to the high-temperature and medium-hardness silicone roller;
After the hot stamping, the silicone roller moves from high temperature to low temperature. If the operation is improper and the heat dissipation is insufficient, the hot and cold will also cause the silicone roller to fission.
Some users will forget to remove the silicone roller in time when encountering a sudden power outage, causing burns (burns) and cracks on the silicone roller. Therefore, the silicone roller is the second consumable in the thermal transfer process.
3 Other thermal transfer consumables
As for other thermal transfer consumables, although there are some small and low-value consumables, such as tape and machine cloth, they are ignored because they are used in small quantities and relatively low values.
