1. Shoe sole thermal transfer
Shoes are necessities in our daily life. The patterns of shoes and soles are varied and the decoration methods are diverse. Below, we introduce a way to decorate shoes - shoe sole thermal transfer.
Shoes and soles are made of relatively light and soft leather, plastic, cloth, etc., which are suitable for thermal transfer. The patterns of thermal transfer printing are rich and colorful, and they are not easy to fall off, waterproof, wear-resistant and washable, making them popular in the shoemaking industry.
2 Shoe sole thermal transfer process

First, the customer needs to provide the pattern of the sole thermal transfer, and the professional designer will typeset it and determine the thermal transfer plate making specifications.
The pattern design of the sole thermal transfer film needs to be arranged according to the corresponding shape and size of the sole using computer editing software. Common application software includes Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and CorelDRAW.

3) Shoe thermal transfer film printing

The process of forming the sole thermal transfer film through a printing machine requires 6 processes. They are: ① coating the base film; ② releasing the base film; ③ printing the sole thermal transfer pattern on the base film; ④ applying adhesive glue. Finally, after re-inspection, striping, and packaging, the sole thermal transfer film is completed.
4) Shoe heat transfer processing
The order of shoe sole heat transfer processing: first install and debug the shoe heat transfer fixed mold, debug the parallelism and verticality of the heat transfer machine, and wait for the temperature of the heat transfer machine to rise to the set temperature before the sole heat transfer operation can be performed.
Through the one-time processing (heating and pressurization) of the heat transfer machine, the pattern (i.e. the ink layer) on the printed shoe sole heat transfer film is completely integrated with the sole surface. After cooling, the sole heat transfer with a personalized pattern is completed.
