Importance of full inspection in printing production
Importance of full inspection in
printing production
Our company's
thermal transfer production mainly adopts gravure printing technology, and gravure printing technology usually has printing defects such as registration error, scraper line, plate blocking, and anti-sticking due to factors such as operating process and equipment accuracy. Although we have done preliminary inspections on the tension, adhesion, color difference, registration, etc. of the film during the production process, the speed of gravure printing is very fast. When the captain is adjusting the machine, the defective film has been rolled into the finished product, so we must do a full inspection of the film later.
The company used to use manual inspection, including other companies at present. Manual inspection is mainly detected by human eyes. Even if our employees are trained and have good eyesight to detect defective products, their eyes will become tired over time. Then it is inevitable that there will be missed inspections, resulting in defective films flowing into the hands of customers. For example, some small-sized pattern films are only a few cents. If customers print them on plastic products, it will cause losses of several yuan or even dozens of yuan, so we have been working hard to solve the problem of missed inspections.
At present, the company has used a large number of quality inspection machines, and all the flower films produced are fully inspected before leaving the factory. The quality inspection machine is a computer positioning scanning test, which is more accurate and comprehensive than manual inspection, and it can solve the problem of missed inspection to the greatest extent.
