3. Post-production maintenance
1. After production, complete the inspection of the injection mold.
2. Clean the injection mold, clean the waste and debris in the mold, and effectively ensure that there is no waste in the waste box.
3. Report the problems found in the use of the injection mold truthfully, and make a record on the handover form or notify the maintenance personnel to complete the repair.
4. Long-term maintenance of injection molds

For injection molds that have been placed for a long time, maintenance should be arranged every two months. The method is to open the injection mold to remove dust and rust, and oil all parts of the injection mold.
