1 Working principle of thermal transfer processing
Thermal transfer processing is an important part of thermal transfer technology. Its working principle is very simple. By heating and pressurizing the flower film to the surface of the product, a layer of exquisite patterns will be printed on the product. Thermal transfer processing is suitable for large batches and high requirements of plastic products, stationery, daily chemical packaging, metal products, glass products, etc.

According to different products and different printing effects, thermal transfer processing can be roughly divided into four types: ordinary continuous hot stamping, hand-wrapped film hot stamping, in-mold transfer, and in-mold labeling. As long as the thermal transfer processing method is reasonably adopted, perfect quality can be printed in minutes.
3 Continuous hot stamping
Continuous hot stamping is the most commonly used heat transfer method for products during processing. As long as the flower film is installed on the heat transfer machine, the workpiece is placed in the designated position, and the machine is started, the pattern can be continuously transferred to the product surface. Most of the regular products such as planes and cylindrical surfaces adopt this method.
4 Hand-wrapped film hot stamping
Hand-wrapped film hot stamping, as the name suggests, is to cut the flower film into pieces, and then the operator wraps the heat transfer film on the surface of the product by hand, and pressurizes and heats the pattern to the surface of the product.
This type of method is mainly for those curved products with large tapers, such as children's beach passes, V-shaped water cups, etc. Their transfer tapers are relatively large. If continuous hot stamping is used, the printed pattern will be incomplete, and hand-wrapped film hot stamping can solve this problem.
5 In-mold transfer
In-mold transfer is the process of heat transfer in the mold. The process is to use the heat of the melt injection into the mold and the high temperature of the film locking to transfer the pre-printed thermal transfer film to the molded product, so that the injection molded product can be decorated at the same time during the injection molding. This technology can produce many beautiful products.
6 In-mold labeling
In-mold labeling is also called "in-mold decoration technology". It is necessary to produce customized thermal transfer films according to product requirements in advance, and then use robot arm tools to place the film in the injection mold, and finally fix the flower film in the mold through static electricity or vacuum.
In-mold labeling is widely used in daily necessities, such as cups, plates, plastic lids, and dinner plates.
