Different customers have different quality requirements for thermal transfer films. For example, some customers' thermal transfer products are ultimately exported to Europe and the United States. In this case, they require various test reports for all raw materials involved in the entire process of the product (including injection molding, alloy parts, thermal transfer printing film, etc.) to ensure that their products meet the standards for export to Europe and the United States.
For some customers, the scope of sales of their thermal transfer products is the domestic market. In this case, their requirements for their products may be relatively low, and naturally there will be no additional requirements for thermal transfer printing films. This situation has prompted thermal transfer film manufacturers to have greater flexibility in selecting raw materials. From PET film, release agent, protective layer, ink, glue to diluent, the price of raw materials that can meet export standards and those that cannot meet export standards is very different.
2. Production process of ordinary thermal transfer film:
1. First, apply blank PET film (apply release agent) according to the process of the thermal transfer printed film to be made;
2. Print the flower film pattern (printing process);
3. Apply the corresponding glue to the printed thermal transfer film (glue coating process);
4. Re-inspect the thermal transfer film coated with glue to ensure quality (re-inspection process);
5. Slit the
