2. What is the process of thermal transfer?

The thermal transfer printing process is divided into two parts: printing of transfer film and thermal transfer processing.

① Thermal transfer film printing (resolution 300dpi): According to the size of the printed pattern and the substrate, the corresponding thermal transfer electric engraving plate is made, and the pattern is transferred and printed on the surface of the film through the electric engraving plate and the printer.

② Thermal transfer processing: The exquisite pattern on the transfer film is transferred to the surface of the product through a one-time processing (heating and pressurization) of the thermal transfer machine. After forming, the thermal transfer ink layer is integrated with the surface of the product.
