1. Thermal transfer process
1.1 When the temperature of the rubber roller rises to the required temperature, the substrate is mounted on the fixture, and the hot stamping button is pressed. The hot stamping action drives the limit sleeve of the limit rod to contact the travel switch. The travel switch outputs a signal, hot stamping starts, and the film rolling motor starts to roll the film, and the transfer work is completed. The hot stove stops lifting and the substrate workpiece is unloaded to complete a program (focus on the key points: the delayed film rolling time and the film rolling action after hot stamping can be adjusted according to different material properties).
1.2 The hot stamped workpiece is confirmed for the first piece according to the "Inspection Method and Evaluation Standard for Thermal Transfer Processing Products". If the first piece is confirmed, the hot stamping process can continue and mass production can begin.
1.3 The machine is equipped with single-cycle hot stamping and automatic cycle hot stamping programs, which are used according to the operator's proficiency. Unskilled workers generally use single-cycle cycles, and skilled workers use automatic cycles.
1.4 Follow the self-inspection, mutual inspection and random inspection regulations of the production process to ensure product quality. If there is any abnormality, the machine should be stopped in time to avoid losses.
1.5 Due to the diversity of thermal transfer processing orders, the machine adjustment, mold installation and hot stamping production methods required for the conversion of varieties are carried out in accordance with the upper speed.
2. After the thermal transfer processing is completed
After get off work or the operation is completed, the machine must be shut down. The electric furnace of the thermal transfer machine must be turned off for heating, and the hot shaft must continue to rotate. The heat dissipation is generally about 60 minutes. When the machine is tested and qualified, the electric furnace cooling delay is set to ensure the safety of the rubber roller; at the same time, after the rubber roller cools down, the input main power must be turned off. If there is a power outage during the work, the silicone roller in the electric furnace should be removed in time to avoid burns and cracks in the rubber roller to ensure safety.
