3. Wine Bottle Thermal Transfer Processing

When performing thermal transfer processing on wine bottles, special attention should be paid to whether the circumference of the rubber wheel on the thermal transfer machine is longer than the length of the wine bottle transfer pattern. Because the glass material has excellent thermal conductivity, it will absorb a lot of heat from the hot stamping rubber wheel. When the circumference of the hot stamping rubber wheel is smaller than the length of the hot stamping area, the hot stamping effect will be affected due to uneven heating of the rubber wheel.
