Ⅰ.Basic Discription Of PVC Film :

Laser PVC Membrane Film For Furniture Door And So On.

PVC laser film is made from PVC printed film and wearlayer, thickness is from 0.12mm-0.35mm according to different usage sences. Our furniture films can be used on furniture board, cabinet boards, wellpannel, free-painting door, ceiling. The use of furniture film is different from floor film, it can be glued on the surface of base board as we already attched PVC wearlayer during production.

Because we have different surface embossing design, with the thickness of pvc film ranges different. Therefore, the packing is changing from 100 -400 meters each roll, each pallet can load 9-12 rolls, weights about 1000 kg.

Now we have Linen, Wood grain ,Marble texture, Supper matt and normal Matt, Metallic, Immitation fabric, Skin touch and Solid style, and we are still developing new designs. As we are also providing flooring film, it is also possible to print one same design on both floor film and furniture film. Wood grain pvc decoration film can be used many field like indoor wall panel, frame, ps frame,furniture, kitchen cabinet and so on.

High glossy PVC decoration film are used to pressed on flat furniture surface.

Matte PVC decorative film can be vacuum pressed on carved furniture surface.

Metallic design PVC lamination film are suitable for interior decoration, furniture, door lamination, it's simple in color but showselegant tone, which is very popular in decoration market.

3. Steel door: 0.14mm-0.2mm (negative vacuum machine).

4. PVC panel,aluminum panel for doors,skirting: 0.14mm-0.18mm(laminating machine)

5. Cabinet,drawer: 0.25mm-0.5mm(vacuum machine).

6. Wall panel,window sill,door frame: 0.12mm-0.18mm(laminating machine).

7. MDF particleboard,wooden board,fiberboard of doors,kitchen cabinet,wardrobe, furniture:0.2mm-0.5mm (Membrane Press, vacuum press).
