4-Production process of gift thermal transfer film
1. Design draft

The customer should provide the corresponding design draft to our company, so that our company can layout the design draft according to the shape, size and material of the gift

2. Plate making

The typesetting staff will edit the design draft and print out the paper sample for the customer to confirm. If it is confirmed to be correct, it will be handed over to the plate making company to make the corresponding electric engraving plate.

3. Printing

Select base film → coat release → print on the machine → coat glue → check → strip → pack.

4. Processing

The heat transfer machine needs to adjust the pressure and temperature first, then place the gift heat transfer film and the gift in the corresponding position on the heat transfer machine, start the switch, and the heat transfer film can be firmly transferred to the surface of the product, so that the pattern and the gift surface are integrated, thus completing the entire printing process.
